At Styllixo, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Address

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

Returns are accepted only after approval. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and return instructions by email.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

- Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
